It rained. Finally! And with that rain came the glorious cool breeze Oklahoma has been so desperate for. The cool air brought thoughts of Fall to mind and I found myself smiling. I love Fall. I love everything that Fall is, everything that Fall represents, everything that Fall does.
Altho, these thoughts of Fall were not completely sublime. As I begin to think about how wonderful it would be to sit on the couch wrapped in a warm blanket sipping hot cocoa and watching re-runs of Friends or Gilmore Girls I suddenly became frantic! After Fall comes Christmas!!!
And then my fingers began to throb.Visions of yarn and needles and hooks and patterns enveloped me.
You know what?
It's ok.
I actually anticipated these anxiety littered moments about a week ago. I have formulated a battle plan!
Holiday Project #1 consists of crocheting 60 beautiful poinsettia brooches for the ladies at my mothers work.
Holiday Project #2 will be the completion of any projects started last year that were intended for members of my family as gifts.
Holiday Project #3 . . . .
*sigh*
You'll have to check back later actually. I can only reveal so much. Would hate for someone to read this blog and then discover what project I have created for them.

WELCOME EVERYONE!
I just wanted to add a quick little post here to thank you for stopping by to check me out. I started this blog to share my crafts with you. My hope is that it will inspire you to cultivate your own craft!
Currently my days are very busy with caring for my beautiful baby girl, but I always like to sprinkle in a little bit of art here and there.
When I do find a free moment I take advantage of it! My choice mediums are: fiber (crochet), acrylic on canvas, beadwork (6mm), and digital photography.
Keep an eye out for my current and future projects!
I also plan to use this blog as a place to share inspirational photos, items, and words I come across in my day to day life. Really, my plan is just to share a small piece on my life with each and every one of you.
Hope you enjoy!! :-D
